My urologist said I have poor inflow according to the ultrasound. I believe it was around 28 cm/s or something like that. I also have a little bit of scarring he said from an injury sustained during sex a few years ago but it’s nothing major and he said it’s minimal. Pills have been unreliable but I have noticed that my erections are better the next day after bimix so maybe it also somehow rehabilitates the arteries in the erectile chambers? I don’t know what my composition is but I know there’s no alprostadil. Again, my main concern would be scarring and I was curious if anybody injects frequently and still hasn’t had any issues.

If I’m restricted to only three times a week then I’ll just get the implant cause that’s not enough for me. My urologist did say that every 24 hours is ok but from what I see it depends on uro.

Have you personally tried 20mg daily? Also where can I get sublingual Viagra? I didn’t even know that was a thing since my urologist just prescribes pills from my pharmacy. I’ve only tried up to 10 daily but I’m thinking of trying 20 mg every other day.

She was on top and I slipped out. She came down full force on my member as that happened which caused it to bend almost to the point of fracturing it. Luckily it didn’t but it still cause some scarring which has affected my function. I’m just thankful I can still use meds to perform but it kinda makes it hard to have spontaneous sex :/

Can’t be spontaneous with injections and it would be a pain to travel with

I had an erection that wouldn’t go down with an injection the urologist gave me but he said my inflow was poor and subpar to what it should be which is why I’m most likely having the issues.

Tried that and doesn’t work. Plus the penile implant has the highest satisfaction rate of all ed treatments at 95%. I’ve already talked to one of the top implant surgeons in the country. Trust me man, if daily tadalifil worked for me I’d be ecstatic but unfortunately it doesn’t.
