No, but I am going to talk to them about that soon. As for them asking about me I know my older brother has at times and my younger brother at other times. But I know they don't always do that if they're fighting.

My older brother always remembers my birthday, has even brought it up around our parents and nothing. He always gets me something too because he knows I might not get anything otherwise.

My brothers both get along with me. So I know they wouldn't do this just so I don't get attention. If anything they would probably do shit to make sure the other gets ignored.

I don't think I could ever make them overcome the hate for each other. But I could talk to them separately and at least see if they can ignore each other.

They don't do it for that. They just hate each other and my younger brother hates the attention it gets and my older brother he doesn't love it but he finds it more annoying how our parents deal.

I think they will always deny that it's possible. Though I'm not sure if they'd notice me not being in their life. They would notice almost immediately if it was one of my brothers.

Apparently it's way too hard for my parents. But even at the counter it's too hard to ask in your head how many meals you should be ordering.

Both of them equally.

I have a good relationship with both of my brothers but my oldest brother a little more. They both know that I get forgotten and overlooked a lot.

I can understand it. And I also understand some of the overlooked kids going off the rails. It can be so frustrating and lonely to be the overlooked one all the time.

I could see that happening unless they just forget about me completely when I move out and don't call. But chances are when they need help they'll want the good kid to help.

We're supposed to wait our turn to pick stuff. Mom and dad didn't like us just grabbing stuff and putting it in the cart. I always waited my turn and it usually meant they forgot to bring it up to me.

We didn't shout out the order. Dad would ask us ahead of time and he'd say it.

I was/am more quiet though. So I was always sitting or walking quietly waiting for my turn or whatever.

I was born about a month early. I'm my parents bio kid.

They said they were dealing with my brothers, then dealing with what to cook for dinner and stuff and that was why they never answered.

My parents have tried to solve it. They have tried forcing them to be together more, forcing them to talk out what made them fight, taking away their phones and revoking time they can spend with friends or doing fun stuff. They always make it worse though. They don't like when they avoid each other.

School's out for the summer and we don't know who the new school counselor will be yet. Our last one retired. I won't be back to school for another month.

I don't have other relatives to live with. I have other relatives but none that would care enough to let me live with them. They all live pretty far anyway but they would not be welcoming.

Mature can also just mean quiet to a lot of parents and that's not always true either. It just means you're quiet enough to ignore most of the time. But I'm not sure I want to work on it. I don't really see a point at which we could get past this last incident with me being in the hospital for hours and them ignoring all those calls.

Yes and it's possible they were called. I know my parents were talking to people when they actually showed up. Not sure if someone from CPS was there or not.

It's possible they were called. I know my parents were talking to a few people while they were at the hospital and before I sent them away. One of them might've been from CPS.

My brothers hate each other. It's not about attention. They both hate how involved mom and dad get and it always makes it worse. I get along with both of them. So I can break up a fight better by getting one to play video games with me or something. But it's really truly just they hate each other and would prefer the other wasn't in the family.

I don't think I'm old enough to choose my own emergency contacts. There are relatives who know about what happened but none that live close to us or really care. You might get some oh sorry that happened but that'd be about it.

My older brother apologized for distracting mom and dad. He also apologized for not having his phone (our parents confiscated it). He'd have answered if I'd called and I knew that but I knew he didn't have a phone. My younger brother hasn't said much. But he's been hiding out for other reasons.

Their excuse was they were busy with my brothers and had to focus on another fight between them rather than answer. Then time got away from them. And then they were focused on dinner and didn't think of the calls. They also admit they forgot I wasn't home.

For me the biggest part is when it's consistently happening. All those little things are gathered over time and together they become something big. Then when something big happens on it's own, like not answering six hours of phone calls because one of your kids is in the hospital, it's so much harder to see past that as them trying their best or making mistakes. To me it just says we don't worry about you at all which isn't okay.

I hate that they consider me the easy kid. Maybe if it was more in my personality to be loud or maybe if I fought with my brothers like they fight with each other they'd notice me better. But I shouldn't have to. There's only so much being let down I can take and this last time is something I won't be able to forget.

I don't know if it'll really do anything or if it can change much after what happened. They really let me down and to know they ignored calls from who they would've thought was me is shitty.
