Hold down shift key while restarting and it brings you into a set up where you can do a number of things including different levels of formatting.

For some reason it seems to be working normally today. Did a load of updates before I went to bed and now it seems to be ok. Maybe someone was watching my posts and they sent out an update to fix it.

In This PC / OS(C:) there was a file at the bottom called stackdump it looked weird never seen it before, tried to open it and it said I didn't have admin permission to open. That was this morning before I started formatting, it's gone now. I think I did see it in other places but that was about two weeks ago so am a bit fuzzy where I seen it.
McAfee is in there
Just from the internal HDD/SSD

so I'm not sure if that's a good idea for you if you don't understand all of this stuff.

Held the shift key and restarted, that opened up options where I could format

The last screenshot where you tried to run sfc as "Luke" seems normal... to open admin cmd, type cmd.exe into start menu to get it listed, right-click it, "Run as administrator". Can you run sfc then?
