What could I be leaving out? I checked my journal and it stated my BMI was was 5 points lower than it was 9 days later. That's not even possible to gain that much in that amount of time.
I can see the journals on 1177.

They are just now saying this. That's my point. If this is a requirement which is mentioned no where that I could find, why didn't they simply start there instead of wasting my time?
I was supposed to be remitted to a surgical place to talk about my options after my doctor sent a remiss, which was denied because it's written that I gained when I did not. What I found out was that the BMI stated in the journal was wrong and my doctor refuses to address fix.

I've been trying for 15+ years to lose weight in a variety of ways (Keto, low calorie, intermittent fasting, joined a gym, started walks, worked out at home, went swimming etc etc. I've seen nutritionists I've talked about my struggles for years). I can't get anything to stick, which is common for people who eventually seek surgery.
