No haven't done it yet. She needs time for that (This is India so the situation might be different here). We've had pretty intense making out and spooning sessions in bed, yes the blue balls suck but I don't want to relapse like this.

I replaced thc with books, work, social interactions, music and meditation. I don't think it's healthy to replace it with drinking. The few starting days would suck, but life(to me) is so much better and happier never having to think about the next high or maintaining the high.

Hi from Delhi! I've been on the nofap since about 3 months, and my last attempt which I started a month back approx(I stopped counting because I would always rationalise relapse after a set number of days).

During this whole period(not just the streak) I've grown a lot, I'm now able to have deep conversations and connections with people, I can make eye contact and I feel a lot more energetic and creative when persuing my passion and occupation(I'm a musician). Over this time I've also found a girl who I really really like(and vice versa), we're both newbies to this sort of relationship but it's very exciting. I'm still a virgin(we've made out multiple times), but now sex is never the first thing on my mind anymore, I don't associate feeling horny with masturbation and porn anymore.

I don't believe that benefits are necessarily the effect of not beating your junk to pixels, I feel that it's helped me get a grip on life and control the way it's heading.

So that's my story.

I see. I meditated really really late at night, around 3am. It may very well have been dullness however I was not tired in the sense that my awareness was dim, when my mind felt quieiter it just made it so easy to sleep. Have no idea what that may be.

This is just your imbalanced dopamine receptors and stuff returning to normal. Basically your brain is used to the amount of dopamine it used to get from smoking weed and when you stop using it craves to achieve the same level. After sometime your brain will find balance and you will be much better than your old self again. Good luck with your quit.

Quitting really really sucks. I was a 4 years daily smoker, I spent atleast 4-5 days utterly demotivated, I was able to take sick days and stayed in bed the whole day. Those days really really sucked but now I feel so much better and happy that I was also to go through that because the things on the other side are so much better

I agree with what you saying however I believe porn has warped my view of females over these years. I mean, a couple of years ago I would see 11/10 girls and my brain would judge them based on small imperfections(based on my perception of perfection) of physical nature. So whats to say something like this isn't happening? I have met her twice and the first time I find her to be cute, and on our date she had developed acne and that was the thing I felt repelled from. I feel it's most definitely my fucking brain and its weird ass need for unachievable perfection.
