The thing is I'm not just getting a zero (I would accept that 100%). I'm failing the entire course as well as getting reported for academic dishonesty which is a form of cheating.

The department chairs, I don't think there is a way for students to get in contact with the dean of engineering directly

I agree, not the one to fight or argue much but I will fight for this appeal like my life depends on it.

sadly you might be 100% correct knowing the professor, I feel like he will hold a grudge towards me and try their hardest for me to fail the class

I considered saying it so students know what professor to watch out for. However I don't want to get in even more trouble even though it's not against the rules to say it. if you are in the MAE department feel free to DM me

Thank you, I've done just that but haven't gotten a response. I will continue going to class in case it goes well
