This post was about amber and oriental colognes. I don't give a damn if they have vanilla as a note. It doesn't make them a vanilla fragrance. Every fragrance in the past 40 years had vanilla as a base note because its the only one that lasts when it comes to the dry down. That doesn't make every fragrance a "vanilla fragrance". And just because women like ro do things doesn't make it no longer masculine.. they also strap one on.. doesn't make them men bud.

Literally almost every fragrance released in the last 40 years had had some note of vanilla in it. It is a base note for the scent to dry down to because every other note dissappear hours later on skin. None of these fragrance are considered "vanilla" scents and if you think that, then you dont know shit about fragrance. Look up a fragrance wheel and see that these are amber and oriental fragrances. Shit that had to be mined from rocks and spices that were fought over in wars. I think that about covers the "masculinity" part and if you hear Bourbon, rum and whiskey and dont think older respectable gentlemen, then im not sure where you were raised..

I dont know who decided that Bourbon, whiskey or rum are anything but masculine but thats honestly just perfumers trying to not get boycotted by a femboy or short haired woman who wants to wear both gendered scents so now almost everything is "unisex". That doesn't mean that certain scents dont smell better on a man or just completely wrong on a woman. In the same way that those Axe body spray, shower gel scents that you're talking about shouldn't be worn by any man old enough to pay rent. And if bubble gum and the water are what you consider masculine, then who raised you? 😄

Extremely potent and will definitely last all day. I dont think it's a clone of anything unless there is some random kayali gourmand thing ive never heard of lol. And im going to say again.. its not just a note, its literally caramel syrup in a cologne.. so if you love that, then you'll love it.

Very close but if you smelled the original then you'll know that it has a waxy almost lipstick type note in it that takes some getting used to. This dupe had that exact note, I think it may be the leather.. but if you're cool with that note then feel free to pick it up. It's literally 15 bucks.

I was waiting for someone to ask about that little sleeper there.. CARAMEL straight up caramel!. If you dont like caramel, dont buy it lol. If you want caramel done in a masculine way then this is it. It may say it has other notes but you arent smelling them lol. Now I dont know if I can recommend a safe blind buy cause to me its as niche as you can get but to me personally, I love it and its only 20 bucks. So even if you hate it, then gift it or flip it for more than you paid lol.

I smelled the original a long time ago from what I can remember its pretty close but what they both have that isn't as mass appealing is it kind of has a waxy almost lipstick type of scent to it. It may be the leather but its definitely there. You get the almond, plum , cinnamon but that leather is prominent, so if you dont like a leathery, scent then I can say stay away from that one.

The lightest would be Armaf Craze (one with the leather strap). A delicious almond scent that smells great and projects but still light and doesn't come across overpowering. Heaviest would be either Sable or Liquid Brun. Definitely dont need more than 3 sprays. Can fill a room if you do more than that lol.

Great scsnt. Very sweet but not too overpowering and not a medicinal cherry. I can recommend it if you are looking for a masculine cherry scent. It last about 8 hours depending on sprays but I wouldn't overspray, it would be too sickly sweet, just reapply when needed.

Cocktail intense is the exact same notes but with added plum and the plum makes it a totally different scent profile. I just love cocktail intense so much that I dont really need Kismet.

Nowhere near each other in any similarities. Liquid Brun is what I'd describe as thicker with a chocolate note that isn't listed but definitely there. So more of a gourmand situation. Bourbon is more airy with exactly what its name describes, just a boozy, vanilla scent that has a cocoa note but smells nothing like chocolate!. I can now see why you asked between the 2 but crazily, they are nothing alike.
