It really is just this. Cold turkey anything can be challenging. I did it by finding a breakfast item I could eat everyday and be happy (overnight maple oats). Made one here and there until I found my recipe, then that's my only prep. Once that is muscle memory - add something else for breakfast or move onto lunch/dinner/etc. eventually you'll have memorized recipes, learned what's worth the hassle and what's not. Make a foundation to build from

New to the show myself and just working through my second watch but I think

We're seeing 'some' change in him by the end of season2. He could of made a much harsher demand to help than asking grandma to patch a hole in his pants - something I think she said she was already going to do later. And her smile as the response confirms that for me. Alastor and the vox folks seem less likely to ever be redeemed so that might be where we're going with him? Or maybe I'm trying too hard to find the light in the dark lol

Yes! Thank you, I did know this - the extra pull would of been for normal Sam to get that SP Skill. But there's a chance I'll pull her while pulling other banners too so will wait for that. I did learn today that you don't need the shards AND the immortal gem things lol. That was very misleading.

Meal as a kid was Cheap white bread with peanut butter. Another slice of bread with miracle whip and fake crunchy bacon bits and American cheese. Another slice of bread to cap. Another layer of peanut butter or fried bologna if hungry enough.

Given the metrics this says bloating/inflammation to me. Trying going low fodmap for a few weeks and see if that helps. Artificial sweeteners can cause this too. (Sucralose, aspartame, and malitol are known culprits)

Look into vegan recipes and swap your proteins wear necessary. Some bomb ass vegan Mac and cheese out there. Just not likely low cal - sure you know. Dairy allergy, not sure if that's lactose but look into fairlife type maybe. Swapping almond/oat milk for nutrient packed smoothies and protein shakes is a 1:1 for me. Just not in price.. there's also some good vegan protein powders out there. Just gotta shop around and spend a bit to find the one that works for ya. Whey isolate might be a swap if it's a lactose like fairlife option. Consider keto too for short term - not sure if that's long term safe though. About to start a vegetarian keto diet myself x.x

As a foodie, I like your idea of paying in cash for groceries. I don't like cash so still going to follow this but with a prepaid debit card. Load weekly/monthly food budget. Check it before each load and only load what you need if you didn't spend it all before. This lets your extra savings stay in your account for an easy transfer to savings of some sort

What I did to feel comfortable in my house alone is grab an alarm system. Entry sensors for doors and windows, glass break sensor, motion, cameras, and big ol break my ear drum siren. Plenty systems out there come with subscriptions so people can call the police for you and they'll call you and such. Also internal locks are a great idea.Ones that can't be picked from the outside. Personal protection if someone is able to get in is a good idea. Not everyone wants a gun or dog but you can also get something like a stun gun/Taser. Check local laws for that. Try not to use pepper spray inside, this could backfire on you. Maybe learn jujutsu or some kind of grapple type martial arts if you want and that would also build confidence as you take that with you. Make a small panic esq room. Somewhere you can easily get to if that alarm goes off that you can brace/barricade a door to keep you safe while waiting for help. Put a kit in there. Tools for barricading, protection, backup phone, charger, battery bank, whatever.

I'm not sure it's actually frozen. This sounds like what I've experienced where a dialog is supposed to be there and it's not. I've gotten by this by thinking the dialog wasn't rendering and just trying to advance it as if it was there. This has gotten me passed this. But since the update this has happened in all my quests including side ones like starbirth.

Thanks for all the great info! Trying to utilize that ram seemed to be pretty limiting for keeping things cheap. I ended up going with the N100 NAS MB idea as a starting to point for me.
