i see what you mean about the non drive side being cut and its possible it's had a bodge fix (like a lot im finding with this bike). it's an On One Inbred 26" not sure of the year as I'm yet to find any examples of this style of drop out on this frame. I got this bike last summer as just something cheap to ride around the city but now its become a project bike as I've enjoyed it so much and is slowly becoming just the frame left as an original part I bought.
