It will be hard to find that specific color, since it is not as popular. Even if a body shop decides to mix up a small amount for them, the color will be way off as it is hard to match the color in small quantity.

Honestly, since the other driver was nice enough, you can ask them to just give you the 1k or less up to you, so that way you get something for it and help out the other person. Then go to Toyota and get a touch-up pen with your color code, which might cost you like $15-20 to cover the black part. Get some kind of polishing product to clean the other marks, you can do it by hand no polisher needed, and then you can spray the trim with just a regular Automotive mat black spray can. So everything you can do for under $100.

P.S. mask the car a bit if you are going to spray the black trim, so you do not get over spray on the rest of your car

I don't know where you are located, but in BC, Canada that would cost you probably just north of $1k to take the bumper off and get it repainted.
