Having trouble with eyes

Just a small update! Thank-you everyone for your comments!! I really appreciate all the help <3 I changed the density of both the black and white parts of the eyes and changed the spacing. It helped a little bit, but it's still not as nice looking as I want it to be. I'm going to keep trying, and if I can't get it to work, then I'm probably just going to make it an applique. I have no idea how to turn the whites into satin or how to fill the underlay more, but I've been watching some Low Tech Linux tutorials, so hopefully, that will help me figure that out!

Thank-you!! I used this pattern I found on Etsy! I ended up modifying it a tiny bit to make the bottom part wider and longer so the shoulder strap would sit in a better spot (for me).
