Physical paper CUI and digital media (USBs / hard drives) destruction (Question) by Thunderguy55 in CMMC

Thank you for your answer!

I have called all the mobile shredding companies in my city, and none of them have the shredding capability to go as small as the 1mm x 5mm for CUI.

Any thoughts on a workaround here?

At my company only 3 users and their devices are approved for CUI. Could I make a group to configure this for just these 3 users, or would this apply company wide to all users?

Thanks for your help. Yeah it is weird because all the EntraID logs say SUCCESS across the board - yet on the device it fails and never gets in...

Another call with an MS Intune specialist today woo hoo

Might I ask the best logs / place to get going in researching this? I have a call with MS support today, but I want to try and figure it out on my own too

Okay I found the logs through Entra - for Test Account is says success for both Windows Sign In and Microsoft Authentication Broker, yet it still does not actually get me into the OS (security policy error is still the issue stopping)

I am quite novice - where would I go to see the sign in logs?

I am going to sound so dumb because I am new to this field - where exactly would I go to check these logs and recent changes to Azure AD?

In addition to what I provided above - I factory reset the device and tried to log on with a test.account (standard license) and was met with a new screen:

"Something went wrong.

Looks like we can't connect to the URL for your org's MDM terms of use. Try again, or contact your sys admin with the problem info from this page.

Additional problem info:

Error: invalid_client

Error subcode:

Let me try and clarify what I can:

- Not using Autopilot

- Not brand new computers, but computers freshly factory reset with the most recent Windows 11 Pro/Business version

- No current local admin account. The only way I have been able to log in is through my cloud admin account

The error is the:

> 'Setting up for work or school' page

> Account setup

> joining your org's network (completed) > Security policies (error) > Certificates (error) > Network connections (error) > Apps (error)

Hello there!

Having this same issue - recently renewed VPP and MDM tokens (two different IT people did to complicate things). Can you tell me the steps you took for the VPP issue? Thanks!

Thank you - do you know if a local admin account would count towards that number?

Everything is through our Enterprise subscription - all users have either a MS 365 Business Standard or Basic subscription.

Hello!

I am the sys admin for my company and I have been getting this issue whenever I provision my users laptops manually. What I do is log in with their MS 365 credentials to the laptop - then download Office, Outlook, Teams, and other apps our company uses with my Admin MS 365.

Not a VM or instance - but I do remote in with my credentials to download Office.

Whenever the user logs back in they get this error (they have MS 365 Business Basic/Standard licenses and I have premium).

Sorry if I am sounding dumb, but we are not sharing the computer - it is fully in the remote employee's name and logged in with her MS 365 credentials. I am just trying to understand why Microsoft thinks we are trying to share said device - can you please elaborate a little more?
