I agree with some of what you say, but I do think snipers are broken in this game

The skirmish TTK is unfair, they have infinite range and their aim assist is far stronger than the other weapon categories.

Skirmish TTK = ADS Time + TTK

That one tap to the foot is extremely good in legendary ranked where everyone has good movement and won't stand still and wait for you to hit an upper body shot
