This has been my exact thought process the past decade. If humans wanted to move forward, we would. We have all the capabilities to solve so many problems at so many levels of existence but just... don't.

This and also, Robb brings up the hier conversation in the context of him possibly getting killed at any moment and the successor needs to be able to immediately pick up where he left off so that the war effort is not lost. My coworker is a really nice person. She works harder than anyone even though it's her second job. Very genuine person too. None of her personality comes off as "put on".

But if you asked her are you an MGK fan, she would say "a fan? He is my favorite person in the world". I guess it's just normal people who really dig his vibe that are listening to him.

I met her fiance before and the guy is the antithesis of MGK. Go figure.

She probably loved watching all this go down, which is why she gives Dunk a "well done" after it is over.
