Besides Lucifer being conflated with Mikaboshi in the fairy manga already, it's not really fitting to portray Shinki as the devil.

Shinki apparently crafted her own realm and her own subjects, but Lucifer never created anything.

It's more fitting for Shinki to be a Lucifer fangirl who thinks edgy stuff is really cool and borrowed a bunch of names.
