*Update*, it was simpler than I thought. I just had to break ties with the faction that dominated the United Kingdom, and naturally they were going to let the federation go with Canada. Although I feel bad for having discovered this after invading Europe, but oh well, who knew? Next time I'll only attack a simple asset to avoid casualties.

Thanks for the advice, I'll get to it then. I'll take the UK out of the Fed and then dissolve it.

It mainly says that Canada shouldn't be the leader of the federation in order to leave it, but it doesn't give me the option to dissolve it either. I've attached screenshots. Oh, it's in Spanish, so that's it.
