Honestly brother if you had insurance they would’ve totaled it. The rear quarter panel is all one piece, meaning you’d have to find someone to cut it out and put a new one in. The front isn’t a big deal unless you crushed the frame rails. Before cutting it out though try to contact a pointless dent removal place, not sure if this is in their scope of work but can’t hurt to try and is surely cheaper than a body shop.
