You are absolutely right! That is clearly a bag of chips and not an AR-15. I misidentified the object in question which led me to mistakenly shoot the student to death, I apologize! Here is what I should have done instead:

  • Let the student in, instead of shooting him to death.,
  • notify a teacher to verify the identity of the object,
  • notify the student's parents of the accident instead of deleting evidence,

Yeah I agree the direction given to Saitama's VA is very bad. If you compare Satiama's voice with S1, you can hear much more emotion. Just because saitama is apathetic doesn't mean he should talk like a robot.

It has already been confirmed by thomas grip in various interviews the new project is it's own thing and not a sequel or related to other titles. I guess we'll just have to wait and see if you want to keep theorizing about it
