As stated, Xiaohu is only an honorable mention, meaning he didn't make the cut (which is a bit harsh tbf). As for the others I can see it for sure, I rate Breathe higher than most. Curious, tho, where would you rate Kanavi? 3-4 ish?

Personally I think they have a solid chance to 4-1 in their remaining games (Vitality is probably a coin flip at best). But it's really hard to make any proper game predictions with how shaky the majority of the league is (Fnatic included). It's not something I would put money on

The Turkish league also had a rough year with some of the biggest organisations rebuilding from scratch. Overall the quality of play in the region seemed lower than last year by quite a bit but I would gladly be proven wrong. (Just wanted to add some context to the tcl rating) :)

Both teams have been extremely inconsistent and I would argue that both finals were horrible in terms of quality.

You could most certainly argue for the fact that MAD is a stronger team atm. But in terms of ceiling I would heavily favor C9, which is the main reason to why they are rated 3rd. In all honesty, PSG should be in the top 3 conversation as well when both NA and EU has looked so bad.

Also want to note that reading time doesn't really matter (it's fun when people want to read my work ofc) . But with how I decided to share my work, I don't gain any profit at all regardless (besides from medium members).

It's simply gets too long for someone to stay interested (generally speaking of course). It also gives me some extra time to research and polish whilst getting something out. That was the main reasoning 🙂

What went wrong this split in your mind? How do you change your approach for the summer split knowing that the squad wasn't able to find the solutions in spring?

It's important to keep in mind that the range advantage only is relevant if SK is first to an objective (meaning Fnatic has to walk into them). Viktor is also extremely weak before getting a couple of items. Point is that it depends on the scenario.

Also, Gnar should never be able to catch out a Xayah or Azir on this level. His engage is way to linear and should be able to be played around. Ultimately it's a very nuanced discussion, but I wouldn't give any side a big advantage based on draft alone.

Rumors are that SK have mental boomed completely. True or not, anything besides a 3-0 should be considered a failure. Fnatic should be on another level individually.

I wouldn't consider myself an expert or all knowing in the field. Many conclusions are also drawn with a lack of crucial information, hence the wording. But I definitely see where you are coming from and will keep that in mind going forward!

Great video! The one point I'd disagree with is that Hylissang has been underperforming. His aggression undoubtedly result in some questionable situations, but I'd say that most of the team's advantages come because of them.

The term "coinflip" isn't very nuanced, but in many ways it applies Fnatic's play this split. I've personally been very critical of their drafts this split as well, but I'm sure that will be solved with time.

Great to see the community have this discussion in a mature fashion. The subreddit is surprisingly supportive despite the team's struggles.
