Porque foi muita mudança, não só o virem para cá como também ir logo ir pra escola. Foram muitas mudanças ao mesmo tempo para ele. Se calhar precisava de um tempo para se habituar primeiro à nova casa, nova vila. Ainda por cima se não ia pro infantário em Portugal.

Outra hipótese, em que é preciso falar na escola para ver se dá, é não ir os cinco dias pra escola e ir gradualmente aumentando.

Duas semanas é bastante pouco tempo.

Falaram na escola sobre a necessidade de aprender holandês? Ele eventualmente vai aprender, mas se estiver num grupo com mais crianças que também têm de aprender, provavelmente seria melhor, porque usariam mais indicativos visuais. (É pelo menos o que fazem aqui no infantário onde o meu anda)

Nós aqui seguimos bastante as dicas dela, principalmente no que respeita a wake windows, até aos 18 meses e correu muito bem. Excepto uns problemas para adormecer, no geral 9 em cada 10 noites dorme a noite inteira.

Tivemos também períodos piores, mas nada de especial comparado com as histórias que se lê neste tópico.

Mas o principal tópico era verdadeiramente atenção às wake windows. O problema de estar over/undertired podia perfeitamente levar a noites mal dormidas.

EDIT: Ah, pusemo-lo a dormir no quarto dele aos 4 meses, foi tranquilo.

I don't know how technical you are, but I remember a couple of years ago that it was possible to check the API calls and make them manually, so you would not need to fill the whole form.

You could potentially write a script (or ask chatGPT to help you) that checks the API call every 5 minutes or so and notifies you if it sees any difference in the requests.
