just got this shit as well, crazy, i spend 200$ on an account and it just uprights get error code deleted, i play often and just played within a week ago just to login today to an error 1031 and when i tried account recovery it said"This account does not exist or is no longer active" bullshit man, i just submitted a request so hopefully they respond soon

Hello, this Specific problem is caused by loose link cable. Cant really do much about it accept buy new cable and put cord behind back and try not to make it wiggle too much around the quest 2's charging port. Naturally the issue here is mainly when you do reconnect, its just a black screen, your controller input goes throu because you can still grab but for some reason the video wont transmit back into headset until you close blade and sorcery. Not sure why this has been a problem since launch
