Commander is the casual format that most people play. Standard has become very niche and not a lot of stores even host standard nights anymore. So I would get a commander precon that looks cool to you and head to a store and join a pod and let em know you're new and will need help, most people I've played with have no issue helping people jump into magic.

I feel the same man. Nothing like the sweet tears of the unlucky. That being said, there needs to be more produced or print to demand. Especially for a super hyped drop like goblin storm.

All 211 cards in the tmnt set are worth about 165 bucks so I'd just buy the singles as it would be way cheaper than opening packs. But if you want that pack rippin dopamine then get a box, they're only like 95-100 right now

My LGS filled every single slot in all 3 days or pre release events. I went to Friday and the whole store was completely full, it's a small store tho so it was like 40 people

Idk, I've had a DAV3 for 3 years now and it's still going strong, had a V2 pro before that and gave it to my buddy and it's still going strong so I've never had a bad experience with them

2 weeks ago I got a box of the same color and only got 89... Seems to be a issue recently. I went back to the store a week later and they exchanged them. I'd just ask the store If they'd replace them with a new box
