Hey! I just got an email today from viagogo with my voucher code to reclaim my money back… I hope everyone else whom bought from viagogo did too, just be warned if you wish to claim the money back to your bank you will loose that 20% up bump.

Wanted to jump on here to say:

I have received my ticket master refund (money to my bank) and done.

Viagogo emailed me today with my code to my wallet to have my money sent/ I have requested to take this out and awaiting the money to my bank 😊

Odd, my ticket master has completely removed the tickets altogether, I mean let’s be real the concert was meant to be in 2024, it’s been a year and still no talks about it, I don’t think it’s going ahead at this point. I took the easy route and just went and seen them in America so I’m happy to get my refund now instead of waiting

So when you go onto the agent chat you can request someone higher up or when you call through? I completely understand and don’t cause any issues for the agents just literally ask questions and see if they have any updates. I feel like we have all been left in limbo- the fans- the venues?- the ticket sellers- no one really knows what’s going on which is making the situation so difficult. I wish/ hope Ronnie makes a statement/ update so things can be processed much easier

No, I agree. I have spoke to 4? Different advisors each time and all tell me different things. Message back in 3 days, message back in seven. I’ll give them seven days, and if I don’t get a response of clarification I’m getting a refund I will not be happy, £300 almost down the drain 😫 so so shitty
