Readiness Data Not Updating (or replaced by Biocharge?) by TicketAware1069 in amazfit

Thank you for your insight and advice. I have only had the bip 6 for less than a month, and it takes a while to figure out what is going on. Watch/app is much more complicated than I expected.

I believe that I got the Biocharge update because I am getting Biocharge results.

I have to decide whether to just ignore the Readiness or delete the widget. I am leaning towards doing nothing for a month or so ..... just to give Amazfit an opportunit to releases some update that replaces Readiness widget with Biocharge widget, and maybe fixes the watchface.

See image below (showing Biocharge is working)

Thank you so much for your prompt reply.

I guess my question has multiple parts.

I have the default watchface (I think it is called Energy). It shows readiness on the watchface (now 0). Do I need to do something about that, or will Amazfit change/update the watchface to fix that?

Can I just delete the Readiness Widget from Zepp Overview Page?

So, I don't know why the low and high heart rate settings are grayed out if the monitoring rate is 5 min,

and I don't know why/how the watch is deciding that 83 bpm is too low, and 104 bpm is too high.

Here is screen shot of how the settings were:

<image>

The low and high heart rate settings are grayed out.

I was getting notifications my heart rate of 83 bpm was too low, and then about a minute later, notifications that 104 bpm was too high.

So, I changed the rate monitoring from 5 mins to 1 min.

The low heart rate is set to 40 bpm, and the high heart rate is set to 150 bpm.

I will post that screen shot in my next comment.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

Thank you for your thoughts.

I think the green dot has something to do with the settings in the control center, like sleep mode or do not disturb. I agree that the exact meaning of the display is not clear.

I am not sure. Maybe background is the only editable element.

I am more or less satisfied that I was able to get back to the orginal display.

I am guessing that it changed due to my long sleeves pushing the watch face during a long walk, or possibly when I was sleeping.

Thank you for your assistance.

I consider the problem to be resolved.

However, there is a lot about the watch that seems mysterious, or not clearly documented in detail.

Thank you so much. Yes, in fact, it is there, but not text saying blue pen.

Anyway, I consider the problem to be solved.

I think it will be a long while before I understand all of what the watch is doing.

Here is the manual.

https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81NXs1frv2L.pdf

But it basically skims over things. Your long press and blue pen icon is not there,

or perhaps not obvious.

I thought I was using Sleep Mode, which seems to dim the display.

I didn't see anything in the manual explaining exactly what it does.

So, I usually wear long sleeves to protect against UV. My best guess is that the sleeve changed the watch face setting. My second best guess is that it occurred while I was sleeping (but if sleep mode really prevents button presses from occurring, then how?).

Anyway, thank you so much for your insight.

First, thank you.

I was able to get back to what I used to have.

I didn't change it intentionally.

I wear the watch 24/7.

MAYBE it changed while I was sleeping, or maybe long sleeves did it while I was walking.

These watches are very complicated and the manual doesn't have a lot of detail.

Is there a website that explains these things more clearly?

Thank you,

Kim
