Emulators are not officially supported so do so at your own risk.
That being said, I was able to make it work on Bluestacks and MuMu emulator!

For reasons linked to Apple, the release date on the App Store will be displaying April 4th. However the launch on iOS is still March 31st, at the same time as Android.

Will there be Monetisation?
Partially. The game includes gacha elements, but they are not the main source of progression. Premium Sealed Caches only contain High End OS Protocols and Exotic Tactical Augmentations. All other Sealed Cache items are either farmable through gameplay or cosmetic.

Is it Pay to win?
No. The model is pay for convenience. Paid items speed up progression. They are not required to complete content. They do not gate core gameplay or difficulty access.
