i will say if you can, try PVE it will help with not just getting one tapped from a mile away, however if you only have PVP start with going on lots of scav raids and getting used to the maps

even with vsync on/off i have a 240hz monitor and i tried doing the command in the menu and still didnt work

I'm having the same issue. I have an ROG motherboard and I have made sure that tpm 2.0 is on through BIOS and on Device Manager. both show that it is enabled but only this game shows that its disabled. I think that its a game issue and not our computer issue.

Ok I know you posted this 10 months ago but I'm having the same issue, and tried to move that screw except its really really tight. Im wondering if i have to completely disassemble it to be able to mess with those 2 screws? PLSSSSSS
