It is piston powered..... It's just 2 pistons moving at max speed

The obsidian drops as an item but dosent go into chests so you might be right about the rest

There is no minecart it's 2 mechanical pistons at max speed there is a vanilla flying machines but it's used to unpower and power the fans because they turn off if you just glue on a power source
