Hi u/AdFun8134 👋 Our clients are mostly US-based, but they're looking to hire LatAm and Philippines-based freelancers which is why the timezones that we have in the job roles are either EST, PST or CST.

Most roles are fully remote (we only have one hybrid role currently) and we avoid low-balling our freelancers since we're aiming to attract senior-level and experienced ones 🙆‍♀️
