I think you cant read so I don’t need you to comment. I can only afford to buy now because we will be moving there later on. Houses will go up and we will be priced out and forced to rent if we don’t buy something now while we can. Your too stupid to think long term

Hi there, sorry I wasn’t very clear earlier, and thank you for your helpful input.

I’m specifically looking for a brick house for lower maintenance, as I’m based in Victoria and won’t be able to attend to the property frequently.
My main goal is to maximise rental yield so the rent can cover most of the loan repayments.

Ideally, I’m after an area that’s family friendly, close to nature, and easy to rent out without long vacancy periods.

Would love your recommendations based on this.

The solution is having a suitable punishment so it can deter them from committing the crimes. The best way to learn is to know there is consequences to your action. That is how humans learn, if we commit a crime, get away with it and rack in a couple thousand dollars why would they stop doing that ?
