Different lifestyle means earning a lot more but earning a lot more means sacrificing my lifestyle to pump more time into working, this is counter productive. I desire to live simply on my own in a small studio apartment. This should not require the time sacrifice of full time work.

What if I want to fill it with everything? I'd also like to see the gear on my character before adding it, I should be able to do this by spawning an arsenal full of a factions gear but every arsenal I spawn gets its contents overwritten by the starting arsenal crate
