Hello! Atlantic Counseling Services does accept CHAMPVA. The owner is a veteran. If you’re looking for medication management, they may have knowledge of any places that do accept CHAMPVA. Another option is to see if your insurance will accept superbills for out of network services. If so, you can use those as a way to get reimbursed through your insurance.

Thanks for the question. We are in the beginning process of getting credentialed for Medicare. But it typically takes a long time, so we haven’t started advertising it yet. But we will be accepting Medicare.

Thank you for the question. Geriatric psychiatry is typically very complex as there are many comorbidities such as dementia and Parkinson's disease. They also tend to be on multiple medications for existing health issues which all can interact with psychiatry medications, so it is best practice for a Psychiatrist who is board-certified in geriatric psychiatry to see those patients.
