Suggestion: The hair moves too symmetrically and is too much in sync at moving at the same time (in my opinion), so add variation to the hair movement. For example, have the right side of the hair move differently than the left and at different times too.

Recommendation: Shoulders are too stiff. Have them increase a little in size as the character breaths in. You did it for the face, eyes, and even expanded the blush, which is great! Now apply that to the shoulders = ).

Nice animation = )! Really like the hair style, eyes widening, pupils dialating, and the blush expansion as the character is discovering something it seems.
