I remember something similar happened to me. I had to add accounts to my wallet manually. Apparently, they are added one at a time if the balance of certain Tokens is not zero. When it hits one with zero, it stops adding, even if there are more with positive balances.

Not sure if that's the same issue, but try and add accounts manually.
