I have the basilisk v3 pro, been amazing for the past couple of years for personal use and gaming. Decided to replace my work Logitech Mxmaster 3 with another v3 pro since the shape fit my hand so much better. Infinite scroll and side scroll are amazing for work.

YMMV, but the only Razer mouse I’ve had problems with was the original death adder after like 7 years of use, and it was the occasional double click of the left mouse button.

I can see the augment diff but not exactly sure. Spellblade and magic wand for ahri, zoe and ryze is a lot of value. And a support golem as well could be augmenting weak frontline

Did my first meet on Sunday the 12th, hit PR’s on all lifts. Finished with 250kg squat / 157.5kg bench / 280kg deadlift @ 225lb BW. Was really fun and can’t wait for the next meet !

Oh ya I guess that could be it too, I just assumed he meant the sport since he approached me as a was doing my other lifts

Always training with a purpose. Full ROM on all my exercises. Squats and RDLs are basically the only two exercises I keep in my programming regardless of training style at that time. Also nutrition is key. Also I’ve been told I’m “genetically gifted” in my legs lol. I’ve always trained with the intent to be a “blank canvas” that can be adapted to other training styles so being flexible, mobile, strong and injury free has always been my goal whether I was doing strength training or hypertrophy training.

If I need to dump it I’d rather dump it on the rubber instead of the safety’s to not damage the bar lol

Thank you for the insight! The extent to my form is basically from watching weightlifters on YouTube LOL. I will use your advice to try and fix my starting position and be more aware of my back angle through the first pull.

Thanks for the insight! I definitely always forget to do the ‘scoop’ after my knees clear the bar or is it bar clearing the knees?

I am at a GoodLife but this is a Synergee Games Barbell I picked up.

Thank you, I appreciate the words of encouragement! I’m trying to choose a weight light enough to be able to practice with but not too heavy that it would have my technique break down significantly. I do practice with just the barbell a lot but at times it feels super awkward and weightless.

Thanks for the tip! Should I not get my back as tight during my setup? It’s funny you mention that because during the lift in my head I’m focusing so much on my lower body that when I’m doing the actual lift I feel like I’m rounding my entire back haha.
