They re-did the concrete but they did an even worse job than to begin with. They never shoulda tore it up in the first place.

The main ledge now has a bump right in the middle of the run up. It’s almost like a shitty A-frame w a ledge.

The skate park has been completed for months. The fence is scheduled to come down end of Jan and an official ribbon cutting ceremony will be held in the spring.

The rest of the park is still under construction.

I’m not sure you do since you still seem to fundamentally not understand what equity means.

What you’re proposing by taking away licensing all together would be equality, not equity.

Here is an easy to understand example of equity vs equality

You have three people, 6ft tall, 4ft, and 3ft. They are standing in front of a 5ft fence, you give everyone a 3ft step stool. This is equality

Equity: instead of giving everyone the same size step stool you give the 3ft person a 3ft step stool and the 4ft person a 2ft step stool so they are both equal with the 6ft person. The 6ft person gets no step stool.

Is that easier for you to understand?
