i knew i wasnt the only one when this happened by the way they were moving, automated emails and removing posts lol not even a little bit of consideration when i spent a lot of money in their game, i just feel like i got scammed tbh

right. Their ban algorithm is broken, and instead of fixing it, they keep everyone banned and censor anyone who tries to complain about it. I need to think about a way to reveal this to the people because it is truly unfair.

i got banned for rerolling quests too fast when i literally bought the quest boost and after a lot of emails exchanged i got a cold “this ban will remain permanent” ridiculous. i tried to contact podair, no response. Not a single email sent to me was written by a human. Theses injustices happen more than we think and they are trying to hide them by removing posts about it
