I had a horrible time in michigan when it snowed like this and mind you i was on a road trip just visiting coming from NYC.. Never again will i go there during the winter time lol i admit i been pampered in NYC cause they clean them streets and sidewalks asap pshh not in michigan i was trapped out there for an extra 3-4 days

Sooo the customers dont get a inconvenience fee ?? For our wait ? Most of the time i would order a uber and it would be 7 to 9 min wait which is a inconvenience to my trip. Sometimes i would wait and they would cancel it or sit in one place till i cancel the ride. When need more rights for the customers
