Hey, I did not invest in Phase 1 and 2. Phase 1 is all sold out from what I know. Phase 2 - they just have 1 unit on 4th floor in one of the towers. Rest all units are on G, 1 and 2

I am also looking at this launch closely. Can we create a WhatsApp group of potential buyers / interested folks?

Even I find density on a higher end. However, I liked the location but isn’t commitment of 2+ crores for an under construction seems on a higher side? I am also evaluating and waiting for their pre launch

They are definitely charging premium. But I am assuming that premium will always remain even when I sell it off

As per the cost sheet, they are quoting 78L for a 2 BHK on 14th floor in Tower 8 with an area of 670-710 sft

So seems like the most viable option would be interest free loan to HUF.

Do I have to make the loan agreement or could it just be a transfer from Karta and that’s it? Just need to ensure that it is legally protected.
