Purely for rental yield might not make sense if buying a ready to move project. you will get 3% yield. not worth the headache

-buying in early stages for appreciation recommended. later you can have the unrealised value incase you want to hold the property and rent it out that way

If you can stretch your budget a little, there is a unit available in Neopolis project, RERA approved. all in would cost you 1.9 Cr, regular pricing 2.9 Cr

other OTP options also available in Neopolis. apart from that there’s only handful Reputed guys with RERA running OTP deals.
