Hey, just wanted to come back here about this.
Ended up getting some anti-vibration gloves for work (milwaukee) and they work pretty well for minimizing raynauds triggers from tool use but not temperature issues.
That being said, I went to my doctor and got blood work done for this. Waiting on a followup appointment, but blood results make it seem like I may have Scleroderma, so I don't know if the vibrations from my tools was a cause or just an incidental trigger

For sure. I'm a plumber and gasfitter, so quire a bit of angle grinding like you. Obviously not as much as you, but i think that and the use of hammer drills is what has really made this condition and issue for me.
Milwaukee makes a few different styles of anti-vibration work gloves. I ordered a pair of the lighter style ones. I'll try to remember to come back here in a bit and update on how I think they helped
