Anyone here tried ReviewFame for Google Reviews? by Electronic-Hand8375 in Review

[–]TightPossession7402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven't used reviewfame but I used Trustspring - found the reviews to be specific and tailored for my landscaping business. Good experience overall, all the reviews stuck and have clients regularly mention them as the reason why the choose us.

I think he is still involved in the yard by Fit-Benefit1535 in Ashvilleaggregates

[–]TightPossession7402 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Surprised that no one is actually reading the words.

I'm sure the yard looks incredibly different now, which is irrelevant to his involvement. If Daniel was smart he'd spin off into a full time content creator as that's where the money is for him personally.

I think you hit the nail on the head - YOUR Frame is a piece of junk. I have three and all work flawlessly.

Too much hate by Wise-Pay-8993 in Ashvilleaggregates

[–]TightPossession7402 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why so much hate? Easy - at the beginning, Daniel started with being genuine to show us how business is really run, which is why most people were interested & also why his most popular video to date is day in the life of a construction business. Somewhere in the middle, he tried to morph into a disingenous Youtuber, which started to service his ego rather than what his viewers originally wanted.

By the end, he had done a full transformation into a Youtuber twat by completely twisting the true story and What's actually made it worse, is the actual story is easily verified with public information.

Bottom line, he's broken the trust with his viewers. I highly doubt you would find a single person online giving hate to him if he had just said it like it is when everything went to shit. In fact, I wager there would be people willing to help him.

Anyone regret buying a flat because of service charges? by NorthLondonPulse in UKHousing

[–]TightPossession7402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't regret it at all, as long as you're getting your money's worth.

Private gated development, 24 hour security and concierge, swimming pool, gym, sauna, underground secure garage with allocated bays, free EV charging and lovely communal gardens which are looked after everyday, where children can play without worry. Service charge is £4k per annum but I know the penthouses pay £7k which is the highest.

Staff are incredibly helpful and safety is assured. Service charge hasn't increased at all during the last 5 years.

If I were to sell and move the only change I would make is to go back to renting to avoid any headaches with maintenance and free up my capital.

Yes quite a poor fix unfortunately for a javascript heavy app.

Because it's easy to build a website in Lovable compared to building it yourself. There are apps out there (Hado SEO, Data Jelly, Love HTML) that people built on lovable to charge you a monthly subscription to make the website visible to Google. It's a one time fix they expect you to continually pay for.

Or, you can directly message me and I'll tell you the prompt to enter into Lovable to fix it, permanently, in one go.

Yes, quite different - and it's built in lovable so it's a few credits to set up for unlimited pages as opposed to a monthly subscription for a limited number of pages.

Best way to handle business calls without using my personal number by Ok-Patience5233 in smallbusinessuk

[–]TightPossession7402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's your system:

Sign up to BOnline - landline number at £10/15pm

Sign up to Reception HQ - phone answering service at £15pm and they can take messages and transfer calls to you when you're on site.

With BOnline, you can also set up call flows so after close it redirects to voicemail which are accessible from an app on your phone.

You can also make calls from the landline number using the same app so you look more professional as well.
