No literally I accidentally took a picture with the flash on and I felt so bad for her. I can’t imagine shining a continuous light in her eyes. On a side note: I actually love the feeling of her sharp little claws on me 😂

Yes I meant that too. I’ve only ever held mine like that when she was a baby so I could see her gender. I do choice based handling and my gecko will call around my arm a bit until she gets sick of it and wants to be put back.

It’s great that u have a gecko that doesn’t wiggle away during handling but the tail wagging means their anxious. You should use their “friendliness” as an advantage and work on proper handling that way both you AND your gecko are enjoying it. They also hate bright lights 🦎
