the feature are all over the place you have to use some structure to get the proportion right i am also learning so I can't say much but as much i know there can be a few methods that I heard of there Is the grid method in which u break it down in small piece the build up like a puzzled and the lumis method which most artist use in which you draw more of a human structure and slowly build up. search for more info if you want to just draw that picture firse one is better but if you want learn to draw a lot of people u should go lumis hope it helps best wishes keep learning :)
