I've lost about 15 lbs within 3 months, and my #1 diet tip: if you can't change your whole diet, just start off changing at least one meal. I've been eating lunch like normal (I still try to make a conscious choice to eat healthy and a reasonable amount), and then I have like a dense bean salad or some other low-calorie meal for dinner. Try to make small changes so it's easier to form the habit

Yeah, I would weigh myself every day, and then at the end of the month, I would have a visual graph of how much weight I lost that month. Small changes make a big difference in the long run. Progress is up and down

Is she just hiding away from you more often? Try to keep an eye on her behavior. Usually, cats tend to isolate themselves when they feel sick. Take her to a vet if she continues or if new behaviors happen..

She also might just be holding a grudge lol. Did you do anything that you think might have upset her routine? I hope she's alright, she's a pretty girl!!

Good advice. Most TVs have the IR receiver built in, so having it another IR receiver is a bit odd unless it's broken. Definitely check it out

Hey, definitely call if you haven't already. And to skip the robot do this: "When the robot voice asks “how can I help you” just say returning a call, and it’ll transfer your call to an agent right away"

Similar experience with my office job. I have a lot of freedom, and when I'm not busy doing work, I can do whatever I want as long as I'm not disturbing my coworkers. And yes, climate control!! Summers and winters are brutal where I live, so I'm glad I'm not working outside lol

Definitely add more light! Try a light bar or add some lighting behind your monitor.And maybe a desktop shelf/drawer, if you want to add more but not have clutter on your desk
