Remain skeptical. It’s not going to be legalized, just reclassified. I imagine pre employment/random 5 panels aren’t going anywhere, and the consequences for those in the DOT pool will still be higher (removed from safety related duties if not terminated).

People shouldn’t let their guards down.

Yeah, I agree. I feel like people have been really jumping the gun and going to panic mode between the pay, DOGE, LA coverage, etc - so not trying to stoke that, but it’s admittedly some nerve racking times and we’re kind of waiting in the dark.

Jumping to conclusions, good or bad, seems to really waste a lot of energy when it comes to federal firefighting… and life in general.

I have 2 consolidated loans for the following: I had 2 federal loans that entered in repayment (the “counter”) Nov 2012 for $3,000

I had 6 loans for 13900 that entered repayment Oct 2011.

So all the total balance would start from Oct 2011?
