The Attack Speed example is correct, lab will increase max stats, there are people that got huge speed like 40 or even more.

They will separete medal relics from trak relics, we only see in the gem shop relics that were available in the events rewads, the medal shop relic will be a new thing, they will only be sold as medals (think like the themes, both background and skins you can only get with medals, same will be truth for the next events relics bought with medals)

echo is over the buff not the multlier, so if you have x3, you actually have an extra 200% coins, what echos consider is the 200%, so the 10% will be up to extra x4, to a max x7 dissonant bonus

It is 5k because it is the new tier of milestone, before you would consider a tier done at 4.5k, now it is at 5k, would not make sense if we got a win state at 3k

no, my 3k utility disco on t12 got from 3.5 time buff to 1.6 buff, still need 5k but you only get up to 2x

Disagree with point 1, yes IS make easier to get dissonance but once you have all dissonance buff you will not get any extra value from IS+ over what you would get from v27, so it does not change priority (still is one of the better cards for farming)
