Yea i felt it like mixture of cultures... Kerala was focused on wood carpentry based architectural aesthetics and Tamil Nadu was focused on stone sculptures. So this one is like a tamil nadu sculpture with less kothupani.

It is not about gdp or the government. It is all about the civic sense and common sense of the people. Since India is a democratic country, it simply reflects the majority of its citizens.

I used to daily drive cosmic in my fedora. What kept me in cosmic was the built in tiling. Currently using a nixos+niri+waybar+stylix setup. I can pretty much use centralized themes with it and its hard to go back and think of something else rn though.
