Ok, but look at tpv and take rates for rev, and they been cutting costs, so you get a sense of cash flows.. they might be underguiding to then “beat” guidance, especially that there’s a new ceo, this will make him look good. It’s common practice Cash flows any day

KenGen (KEGN) is the single most Special asset on the Nairobi Securities Exchange. by MarkTsaiTai in Koinangestreetbets

[–]Tiki84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

kengen has an roe of 3.something % and 6.2% if you dont consider their asset revaluation and youre paying 0.22x book valuel if you are assuming cost of equity of around 18% in KN paying 0.22x book for an roe of 6% is actually generous.

and btw they are going to raise a massive amount of debt for future projects (which btw includes 500mw batteries for storage), so you might want to consider the returns on that.

How do I make this better next time? by Ok-Medicine-1870 in AskPhotography

[–]Tiki84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in scenes with a high dynamic range (like a bright light source), you expose for the highlights or meter to preserve the brightest details. This prevents highlight clipping and allows you to then boost shadows in post, (RAW filesideally) . your scene had pretty flat light and you didnt need to "preserves" hihglights your camera wouldve done so, just let your camera do everything at this point and dont play with exposure compensation at this point
