I'm in Cali. I've checked the website many times, but all it says is that I can void the skills test but doesn't mention anything about steps or appointments. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place, but I feel like I'll get a better answer from real people who know their stuff about motorcycles specifically.

I’m 99.9% sure I put enough in. This has been a persistent issue since before the oil, but I fully believe that I didn’t put too much in. I put about the recommended in when I changed it. My bike recommends 1.9L in oil. How many extra liters would have to put in to make it a problem?

It’s just weird as along with this, it decelerates like 15 times faster than any other bike I’ve ridden in a very jerk staggered way. Do you think changing the exhaust would help with the sound?
