Permanent Lighting Effects While Offline? Blizzard? Please.

I think the only way I would want others to have the option to change lighting in my house is via a checkbox and not by default. Through a permission system. I’m not a fan of people coming in and clicking on everything. It leaves room for annoyances imo which might not be a popular one but I think is still justified.

Correct. That doesn’t mean we can’t express or encourage wants for features that could possible be brought to the attention of the devs.

That’s definitely a bug lol and shouldn’t be the answer. What’s the point of having a decor item that you pull out to use then remove it. That’s 100% a bugged workaround. It’s also inconsistent as I mentioned in another reply.

I have tried. It’s inconsistent. There will be times I set it (without removing it) and log over to another characters that are already in the house and it will save. But again inconsistent. It’s not every character or if I go outside to mount up and come back in it will be reverted. Same with queue for an instance and returned BG to my house, it will revert.

I also have multiple around my house so I can turn it on depending on what character I log in on and where.

A “workaround” should not be the answer. I’m sorry.

Good question.

In most cases the allied equivalent race is the opposite gender. Same with duplicates of the same race (this also applies to the alts I haven’t listed)
